A suspected goat thief believed to be in his twenties has been beaten to pulp at Edina Essaman near Ataabadze in the Komenda Edina Eguafo Abirim District of Central Region.
Report gathered by Kasapa News Yaw Boagyan indicates that, the suspected goat thieves were four in number who were roaming at Ataabadze Junction at Tuesday December 26, 2023 midnight at around 12:00 AM.
The suspects are said to have parked a vehicle where they’ve been stealing the goat in the area.
Residents closely monitored them and caught the Suspect at Edina Essaman but the other three managed to escape.
They angry residents after grabbing him, beat him mercilessly and dumped him along the roadside till the next day Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
The residents suspect the suspect was high on an illicit drug (tramadol) due to how he behaved while he was being beaten.
The goats were then freed to go by the angry Youths.
The suspect on Wednesday December 27 2023 in the morning stood up and went away..
