The Electoral Commission is set to conduct a run-off in 20 Electoral Areas for Assembly Members and 41 Electoral Areas for Unit Committee Members across the country where the same results were produced for the contestants in the just ended District Level Elections (DLE).
The election to break the tie to determine the winners which is scheduled for Tuesday January 9, 2024 in these electoral areas, is in accordance with the District Level Elections Regulations, 2015 (C.I. 89).
