The combined traders union of Kumasi Central market have cried on the leader of the Movement For Change and 2024 Presidential aspirant, Alan Kyerematen to come to their aid in restoring their dignity as their current state is deplorable.
Speaking to the press in a very charged atmosphere iinKumasi on Wednesday, the traders who were clad in red and singing war songs appealed to Mr.Kyerematen to lead them with the permission of Otumfuo in raising funds through small contributions to construct the market so they could return to their place of business.
The traders numbering close to two hundred said they have no confidence in the current administration and believed that the nobility, credibility, character and competence of Mr. Kyerematen will help them raise substantial amount of money from all walks of life to aid in completing the construction of the market.
The traders who have been relocated to the racecourse, are of the view that the government has forgotten about them and have no plans of addressing their current problem.
The traders were full of praise to Mr. Alan Kyerematen for being there for them always and like Oliver Twist asked for him to stand solidly with them in these difficult moment so they can overcome their difficulties.
