The Ghana Police Service has arrested two more persons (seven in total) in connection with the murder of Mr. Eric Johnson, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cossy Hill Hotel at Jirapa in the Upper West Region.

The latest suspects to be arrested are Charles Tuozo and Favour Nuobo, both workers at the hotel.

Earlier on Sunday, suspects, Dookuuri Fausta, Braimah Kasim, Beyuo Felix and Michael Klugey who are all workers at the Cossy Hill Hotel were arrested and assisting the investigation together with suspect Kumbata Kwaku who was earlier on arrested.

Investigation continues to bring the perpetrator(s) to face justice.

Mr. Eric Johnson, was found on 11th February, 2024 lying in a pool of blood in one of the rooms at the hotel.

The Regional Crime Scene Management Team subsequently visited the scene of the incident.

Earlier, one person was detained to assist the investigation.

The Inspector-General of Police has deployed a team of investigators and experts led by the Director-General/CID to work with the Upper West Regional Police Command to ensure a thorough investigation into the incident.
