Dr. Susan Adu Amankwah , a member of alliance world edition of change has made remarks concerning the president’s inaugural speech, that while he is being honest he should also be able to take responsibility.
Following a statement in the president’s inaugural speech that he will be honest with Ghanaians, Dr Susan expressed that he should also take responsibility for anything since he has power now and avoid shifting blame on the previous government’s poor managements
“We don’t want what we saw where people will not take responsibility and blame everybody but themselves. We want you to be honest with us but also take responsibility” she said
Speaking on Ghone tv she continued that there won’t be patience in getting things done for this new government. She said Ghanaians will have patience when certain mismanaged things have been done well.
“We would want to see certain things and we will have patience. We don’t want to see certain things that will remind us of the past otherwise our impatience will boil up”.
She added in order to get the support of Ghanaians who voted for him and those who didn’t vote at all , Mahama needs to reset the country because Ghanaians will support him as soon as they see change
