
The Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Gold Board, Sammy Gyamfi, has met with the Chief of Staff following his summons to the Presidency over a viral video showing him handing cash to evangelist Patricia Asiedua Asiamah, popularly known as Nana Agradaa.
The widely circulated footage shows Mr. Gyamfi handing over an undisclosed sum of money, believed to be in U.S. dollars, to the controversial evangelist.
According to reliable sources, the meeting with Chief of Staff Julius Debrah was held behind closed doors at the Jubilee House.
While the exact details of the meeting remain confidential, it is understood that the discussion was aimed at addressing mounting public concerns and shedding light on the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The Chief of Staff is expected to brief President John Mahama, who is currently in Lomé, Togo, attending the African Union Debt Conference.
