Cristiano Ronaldo has enjoyed yet another year of excellence, and his two goals for Real Madrid on Wednesday night took his tally for club and country to 57 goals in 57 games in 2015.
The Real Madrid man won his record-fourth European Golden Shoe in October, and he could well follow that up with the Ballon d’Or next month.
And it could even be a hat-trick for the Portuguese, after he was also voted the winner of Goal.com’s Salon d’Or—the award for best hairstyle in football.
The 30-year-old beat out Southampton’s Graziano Pelle and Barcelona striker Neymar to retain the title with over 7,000 votes—around one quarter of the total. – Goal
