Founder of the Los Angeles based production house Turning Point Pictures, Leila Afua Djansi, says she regrets campaigning for President John Dramani Mahama and the National Democratic Congress during the 2012 elections.

Djani poured out her frustrations on her official Facebook page.

“Ghana has been faced with so much incompetence, ever since the Mahama administration assumed office,” she said.

The award winning producer revealed that she lost so many friends for rallying behind John Mahama and the NDC in the 2012 election, adding such a risk was not worthwhile judging from the incompetence of the Mahama administration.

“I lost friends, someone threatened to burn down my office in Ghana cos I was NDC. After all the sacrifices made to campaign and have faith in this party, Ghana has been faced with so much incompetence from this team! Even not living in Ghana, you feel the hardship.”
