uniBank Ghana Limited has launched a new product dubbed Sika Collect to ease the frustration and inconvenience customers go through in conducting their cash and cheque transactions.

The product is in line with increasing the culture of savings among Ghanaians and also bridge the widening gap of the unbanked in Ghana.

The General Manager in charge of operations at unibank George Mettle says the product has been designed mainly for small and medium scale enterprises.

Mobile bankers with tablets and money counting machines and a digital printer have been trained to move to individuals and businesses interested in using the product.

The product which has been piloted in the last four months is currently available at 15 branches of the bank across the country.
