Aggrieved customers of under pressure microfinance company DKM, have started exploring the options of liquidating properties of the company to defray monies owed them.

The move, according customers who spoke to a sister website ultimate1069.com, will give them some relief in their predicament with the microfinance company.

“We are packing out the assets and we will take them to the court so we can to liquidate to defray part of the money they owe us”, they revealed.

The development comes on the heels of an austere measure taken by the Governor of Bank of Ghana (BoG) Dr. Kofi Wampah to ostensibly sell properties belonging to operators of DKM Micro Finance and other micro finance institutions in the Brong-Ahafo region, and the proceeds used to defray the monies of customers locked up in these institutions.

At least 20 DKM branded buses have been impounded by the angry customers who were seen scrumbling for property of the company from the 3-storey hall used as the headquarters in Sunyani, the Brong Ahafo Regional Capital.
