Female music icon Mzbel known in real life as Nana Akua Amoah as part of rebranding process to give her annual concert more leverage, it has been re-named MZBEL ROCKZ.

The artiste on Saturday February 7, 2015 at the National Theatre thrilled patrons to good band music, exceptional stage craft and a complete value for money entertainment experience in what was dubbed THE RED CONCERT.

The event was designed to celebrate Mzbel’s ten (10) year exploit in the music industry. Following the massive success and  rave reviews of the maiden edition of a grand scheme to impact society in more meaningful ways through music, the hiplife Diva has decided to use this year’s event to sensitize young adults within the Jamestown community by equipping them with the requisite Sex Education.

She believes strongly that by educating all young girls and empowering those that are already out of school with employable skills, the high rate of teenage pregnancies and skin bleaching within Jamestown community should be curtailed.

The event will allow the team stressed on the need for proper sex education and to support identified young girls in the community through an Education and Skill Acquisition Program.

The Mzbel Rockz Concert comes off on May 1, 2016 at the Bukom Square.
