The West African Examination Council (WAEC) says today’s leakage of examination questions of some subjects were unfortunate, and a dent on the Council’s image.

The body has admitted to widespread leakage of some question papers in the ongoing Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

She told Kwaku Owusu Agyei on Si mi So on Kasapa 102.3 FM Wednesday the leakages were regrettable.

“This is not good for the reputation we’ve built for the brand. These things affect our image”

WAEC today cancelled the English Language 2, Religious and Moral Education 2, Integrated Science 2, Mathematics 2 and Social Studies 2 papers after the leakages went viral on social media.
