Jubilee Partners have made a donation of GH₵500,000 to the 37 Military Hospital in support of victims of the June 3 flood and fire disaster which claimed over hundred and fifty lives.

Chief Executive Officer of Tullow, Charles Darko, addressing journalists after the presentation, sympathized with the families who lost their loved ones through the twin disaster.

He said the gesture was to demonstrate to the victims and their relatives that the Jubilee Partners were with them in these trying times.

Also commenting on the matter, the Vice President and Country Manager of Kosmos Energy, Kenneth Keag, re-echoed the sentiments expressed by Mr. Darko and assured the families and relatives of the victims of their support.

The Commanding Officer of the 37 Military Hospital, Col. Samuel Adjei, who received the dummy cheque worth the above mentioned amount, thanked the Jubilee partners for swiftly responding to their SOS call for support.

He assured the oil giant companies that the money would be used wisely.

The Jubilee Partners are made up of Tullow Oil, Kosmos Energy Ghana, Ana Darko Petroleum, Petroleum SA and GNPC.
