NPP running mate for the 2016 elections Mahamudu Bawumia on Friday kicked off his 3-constituency tour of Tema.

Making a first stop at the Tema East constituency, he visited the Tema Mantse, Nii Adjetey Kraku II “to officially seek his blessings and prayers before proceeding to tour the Metropolis.”

At the Palace of the Tema Mantse, he spoke of the policies of an NPP government under Nana Akufo-Addo, adding they will revamp the economy for jobs and prosperity and that the people of Tema will be major beneficiaries of such policies since Tema’s the heartbeat of Ghana’s economy.

He also visited the Tema Newtown Market, Canoe Beach and Fish Market.
