President Mahama has awarded the immediate past boss of Ghana’s Electoral Commission with the Commander of the Order of Star of Ghana – Honorary Division.
Gyan was part of a good number awarded by the President at the Flagstaff House today.
Some 42 medical personnel who volunteered in Ebola stricken countries were also awarded.
The event was attended by heads of the various political parties, as well as government officials and the diplomatic community.
