The Radio and Television Presenters Awards (RTP) will be launching this year’s edition of the Awards in Kumasi.
CEO of Big Events Ghana, organizers of the Radio and Television Presenters Awards (RTP), Prince Makay in an interview disclosed that “Management has met to consider such decision. We’re not doing it because people are complaining, but because we want to bring it closer to other regions. So maybe next year too it will be in other regions”.
Note that, RTP Awards have been a standout amongst the most prestigious and regarded award ceremonies in Ghana to the extent radio and TV businesses are concerned.
The launch of the event is scheduled to take place on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at the Golden Tulip, Kumasi.
