The New Patriotic Party(NPP) Flagbearer, Nana Addo Dankwa-Akufo-Addo has promised to build a military hospital at Achiase in the Birim South district of the Eastern region should the NPP win the December polls.

The facility, according to Nana Addo will also serve the military training school situated in the Achiase township.

Addressing party supporters as part of his tour to the region, Nana Addo lashed out at the ruling NDC party for collapsing the National Health Insurance Scheme(NHIS).

“If you’re promising an improved National Health Insuranace Scheme, a better health facility is relevant to be factored in the equation to make the plan complete and boost quality health delivery for residents. Former President Kufuor had planned to build a standard military hospital for the military school and the people of Achiase. Although he was unable to carry out such a plan, I’ll make sure as his successor to execute such project when I come to power.

“Moreover I want to assure you that all my promises I have outlined are feasible. As a matter of fact I’ll be able to carry out all of it when I’m given the mandate as the next President of the republic of Ghana.”

To this end, he pleaded with electorates to help push the NPP into the Jubilee House, so his government can work for the people of Ghana, which will bring jobs, wealth and prosperity to all, without discrimination.
