President John Mahama is scheduled to open the new Greater Accra Regional Hospital, formerly Ridge Hospital today Wednesday November, 30.
The old Ridge Hospital rehabilitated and upgraded to a regional health facility was powered by the Government of Ghana with support from Exim Bank and the HSBC Bank.
The 420 bed facility has been retooled with ultra-modern facilities to boost quality health services in the capital.
The president is also expected to inaugurate the CIMAF cement plant in Tema later today.
