The Vice Presidential Candidate of the main opposition New Patriotic Party, Mahamudu Bawumia has voted in the ongoing Presidential and Parliamentary Elections ongoing nationwide.
He was joined by his wife Samira Bawumia at the their Kperiga JHS Presby Polling Station in Walewale.
Voting is ongoing in the 2016 Presidential and Parliamentary elections, during which a president and 275 Parliamentarians will be elected to govern the country for the next four years.
Voting which started at 7:00am will end at 5:00pm.
Over 15 million voters are expected to cast their ballot in the exercise which is taking place in some 29,000 polling stations across the country.
