Prices of Petroleum Products may reduce further from Monday, official sources have hinted.
The move follows agitations by some consumers that the recent reduction is not enough.
The Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors and Oil Marketing firms have been accused of manipulating and exploiting consumers, after the recent 23% reduction.
Chief Executive Officer of the Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors, Senyo Hosi has assured the price of fuel will see a further decline by next week.
“Hopefully, Monday we will be publishing the average situated BDC price which i think will be lower than the SPI in public yesterday. And i think consumers should be expecting lower prices at the pump.”
