The Police in the Volta Region has launched a hunt for robbers who raided the Kpeve Branch of the Agriculture Development Bank Friday.

The robbery, which took place at dawn saw the robbers make away with a yet-to-be-disclosed substantial sum.

The robbers are said to have tied up the security man on duty at the bank at the time, and managed to break into the facility.

Two Nigerians Tosin Robert, 40, and Ndubisi Prince, 32, have so far been arrested in connection with the act.

Some GHc11,243 was retrieved from them after their arrests.

The Regional Police Command say they have launched a hunt for four others, believed to have aided the two, and who may have bolted with other large sums.
