Carlos Ahenkorah has won the NPP Primaries in the Tema West Constituency. He polled some 502 votes to defeat the incumbent Irene Naa Torshie Addo.
Some 721 voters out of the 821 registered voted in Saturday’s elections, which saw the other contestant Adwoa Amoaka manage only two votes.
