Kumasi is set to experience a maiden City Mall to be opened on April 20, 2017.
South African property developer and investor, Atterbury Property anchoring the project, said the mall will provide people in Kumasi and its environs a one-stop environment for shopping and entertainment.
The 18500m² modern mall is the fourth big retail mall in Ghana, coming on the heels of trio of developments in Accra – [Achimota, Westhills and Accra malls].
The Mall, with a potential for a future 10,000m² expansion, will be managed by AttAfrica.
Kumasi City Mall’s anchor tenants are Shoprite and Walmart brand Game Stores, with a retail mix including food, convenience, banking, services, fashion, electronics and a cinema, club and children’s games for entertainment.
