On May 12, 2017, SMSGH a customer service provider re-branded to Hubtel to make it easier for companies to connect with their customers.

The event which was held at the Holiday Inn, Accra and hosted by Anita Erskine was attended by partners of the prestige company and other key players in the sector.

Chief Executive Officer, Alex Adjei Bram, said Hubtel is built on the singular belief that loyal customers build great businesses. He said SMEs engaged in trading make up one of the largest industries in Ghana.
