Parliament is set to resume sitting today, May, 15, 2018 after close to two months of break.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Speaker of Parliament, Professor Aaron Mike Oquaye.

The Right to Information Bill(RTI) which was laid during the First Meeting but recently withdrawn will be one of the pressing bills expected to be tabled for consideration.

The Appointments Committee of Parliament will also vet President Akufo-Addo’s nominee for Deputy Special Prosecutor, Miss Naa Torshie Lamptey.
