Two private security personnel on duty at a rice distributor shop (Be Kind Enterprise ) were murdered by some unknown assailants in the early hours of Sunday 24th June 2018.
The deceased have been identified as Suley Seidu and Umar Jallo.
Personnel from the Kwesimintsim police command who visited the crime scene saw the two dead in a pool of blood behind the shop.
A close examination of their bodies revealed that the two had their hands tied behind their back with sponges and ropes by their attackers. The police further observed that Suley Seidu and Umar Jallo had blood oozing from their nostrils, with deep cut on their backs and foreheads.
A police source told Empire News’ Emmauel Ohene -Gyan that three cast iron pinch bars were found at the crime scene which the police suspect might have been used to murder the two.
The assailants however could not break into the shop which was their main target.
Meanwhile the brother of Umar Jallo, Saeed Hamid Jallo is pleading with the police to release the body of their departed brother for burial as required by Moslem custom.
