Deputy Minister of Communications, George Andah is to undergo surgery on Tuesday after he sustained fractures in a motor accident in the Awutu Senya Constituency of the Central Region on Saturday.
Hon. George Andah who is currently in stable condition at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra had his car crashing into a tipper truck in a head-on-collision resulting in the injury of his bodyguard, driver and a party executive who were traveling. They’re all responding to treatment.
The four victims were airlifted to the 37 Military Hospital in Accra for emergency care.
They were initially transported to the St. Gregory Hospital at Kasoa where a helicopter was called in to airlift them to Accra for attention.
