Ghanaian movie stars, Fred Amugi, Akofa Edjeani Asiedu and Emmanuel Nii Adom Quaye popularly known as Strika have been honoured by Helping Hands International for being an inspiration to many young people especially bringing smiles to the faces of the less privileged and contributing their quota towards the development of Ghana.

The event held at the Kama Conference Centre, Labone-Accra was basically an honorary programme to honour some personalities of Helping Hands International who have contributed towards empowering the less privileged in their communities or countries.

Other awardees from Ghana in the person of Ambassador Africanus Jerry Neequaye who is now a Peace Ambassador for Ghana(International Human Rights Peace Commission)(IHRPC) as well as other awardees from Nigeria, Togo & Ivory Coast.

Helping Hand International, a charity organization offers a global business opportunity fashioned with the principles of network marketing.

The organization is involved in Humanitarian services (charity works), Trade and skill acquisition services, Financial empowerment services and Property support services.

The organization started about 11years ago as a charity organization by Mrs Luzvuminda Macelvis ( a woman with a big heart whose desire is to help the less privileged) she did it alone for about 6years until she met some of the current directors who explained the principles of network marketing to her and explained how she could use the principles to expand the organization, that is, touch more lives and empower more people.
