Ghanaian actress, Patricia Opoku Agyeman, known in the Entertainment circle as Ahuofe Patri has bemoaned how people who fail to conduct themselves in an acceptable way are given unmerited recognitions in Ghana.
The iconic character in the popular Boys Kasa series in an Instagram post shared her opinion on why attention is given to people who misbehave in society.
According to Ahoufe Patri, it is now conventional to see individuals tag themselves as celebrities because society made them popular by accepting their nauseating attitudes.
“Unfortunately, we live in a country where the more you misbehave, the more popular you get”. Ahoufe Patri posted on Instagram
Many have shared the same thought with Ahoufe Patri about how bad-mannered persons have been made popular through social media. Others have severally criticised the media for giving their platforms to these same self-acclaimed celebrities to misconduct themselves more.
