A court in Kumasi has adjourned sine dine the case involving brother of President John John Mahama, Ibrahim Mahama, and the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP, Bernard Antwi Bosiako, a.k.a ‘Chairman Wontumi.’
Judge EK Apenkwa told the court Monday that a new judge has been assigned to take over Court 5 to enable him move to his original Court 7.
The two are in court over Wontumi’s calling of Mahama as a “thief and a dishonest man”, insisting the latter and his brother President have been increasing fuel prices, ostensibly to hoard the proceeds in some banks in South Africa.
