At least some 200 students of the Ghana School of Law have been left in limbo over uncertainties in their resit scheduled to come off today.
This is due to an injunction application before the High court yet to be rolled on.
Some of the students filed the suit at the Human Rights Division of the High court seeking an extension of the time to enable them adequately to prepare for the resit. According to them, they were given only three days notice.
The case which was heard last Friday, was adjourned to today for a ruling to be given.
