A Lecturer of the University of Ghana, Dr. Paul Kwame Butakor has been captured in a BBC yet-to-be-released documentary on sex for grades at top Universities in the West Africa sub-region.

The exposé conducted by BBC Africa Eye reveals how the lecturer whose wife is out of the country dishonorably requested to be a side-guy of the under-cover journalist as the latter posed as final year student interested in doing her Masters degree.

“You look mwah…how many guys have told you ‘You are beautiful’ today?”

“Let me be your side boy, side guy…men have side chicks…I will not give you trouble…seriously I will not give you trouble…I will not give you trouble…I will not be a distraction to your life…let me be your side guy…” Dr. Butakor said in the video.

He added: “Maybe you’ll be my side and I’ll also be your side. Because me, I’m married…my wife is not in the country though…my wife is out of the country,” he said while speaking with the BBC undercover journalist who posed as a student in his office.

The full documentary which airs later today October 7, 2019, is an investigation conducted by BBC Africa Eye and has captured incidents of sexual harassment by lecturers including the two named persons from the University of Ghana.
