Beleagured  High Court judge Paul Uuter Dery has returned to court to restrain EIB Network’s Ultimate 106.9FM, Anas’ firm Tiger Eye PI and the Golden Tulip from showing the video that exposes the grave bribery scandal that involves him and other colleagues.

Dery failed in a similar move weeks ago when he sought to place an injunction on screening the video,  ‘Ghana in the Eyes of God’ at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) in the capital Accra.

He’s now seeking an interlocutory injunction on the repeat of the event at Kumasi, praying the court to prosecute and jail, the three entities.

Reacting to the issue in an  interview with Kasapa 102.3  FM Friday, the business Manager for EIB’s Ultimate FM, Patrick Asamoah said their Lawyers  are currently studying the writ and will advise accordingly.

All things being equal, the video screens tonight at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Kumasi and starts at 4pm with another show billed for 8pm same day.

Meanwhile, the committee investigating the scandal has suspended sitting for a month.

The move follows a petition sent to the committee by the undercover journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, informing them that he’ll be out of jurisdiction for a while.
