Out of the 79 aspirants who filed their nominations in the Eastern Region to contest the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP) Parliamentary primaries, 15 aspirants from nine (9) Constituencies were disqualified.
A statement signed by the Eastern Regional Secretary of the NPP, Jeff Konadu Addo said a detailed report and reasons for their disqualification will be sent to the National Headquarters for consideration and final approval.
