Sacked former Deputy Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Koku Anyidoho, has asked the party to supply him with his “expulsion” letter.
According to him, this will enable him to peruse it and to advise himself on the subsequent action he needs to take.
Koku noted that without serving him with any document, General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia has per his voice made so many disparaging comments about his supposed “expulsion” from the NDC and gone further to make incendiary remarks about his working relationship with the late President Atta-Mills.
In a letter addressed to Johnson Asiedu Nketia in response to his expulsion, Koku Anyidoho stated that he is and still remains a registered member of the party since its formation in 1992, adding that “I have never infringed the constitution of the party. I do not have any history of indiscipline per the records of the party.”
Koku Anyidoho was dismissed from the NDC party on Tuesday, 27th July 2021.
In a letter addressed to Mr. Anyidoho, the party stated that the decision comes after the Functional Executive Committee (FEC) considered the report and recommendations of the National Disciplinary Committee on the case of misconduct and anti-party behavior brought against him.
“The Committee’s report found you guilty of the said allegations of misconduct and anti-party behavior and recommended your outright expulsion from the Party.”
