In three weeks time, the call for the campaign team of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) 2016 Presidential Candidate, Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo will be put to rest.
The former Foreign Affairs Minister is expected to name some party stalwarts to manage his electioneering campaign ahead of the 2016 general elections.
The decision was arrived at following Tuesday’s National Executive Committee (NEC) at the party’s headquarters that had Nana Addo and his running mate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in attendance.
The team will feature the likes of the party’s National and Youth Organisers, John Boadu and Sammy Awuku among a host of others.
General Secretary of the party, Kwabena Agyei Agyepong is also expected to be part of the team.
Former National Chairman of the elephant family, Peter Mac Manu is to head the team after emerging as favorite amongs a host of others submitted to the party’s elders for consideration and selection.
