Former manager of Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has finally broken his silence.
He broke his silence three days after his artiste made some wild allegations concerning him (Bulldog) that have since piqued the interest of the Criminal Investigative Department of the Police Service.
In a post on his Facebok page Tuesday, he said:
