Lawyer for embattled founder of Heaven Way Champion International Ministry Patricia Asiedua Koranteng also known as Nana Agradaa is appearing before the Circuit Court in Accra today after being charged by the police over the recent rearrest of Agradaa.
Lawyer Theophilus Donkor, is said to have assaulted the police when Nana Agradaa was being arrested two weeks ago.
He is on four provisional charges including assault on public officer and offensive conduct to the breach of peace.
The embattled lawyer has since filed a preliminary motion to the charges and has arrived in court to move it before his plea could be taken.
