There is a fire outbreak at the Tip Toe Lane in Accra. Eyewitnesses say the incident happened some minutes past 10pm local time.

Details on exact cause of the outbreak are scanty but locals say it may have been ignited by a gas explosion.

One eyewitness told Kasapafmonline.com “the fire was spreading to other parts as at the time i drove past there.”

Officials of the Ghana National Fire Service who got there minutes after the outbreak, were able to bring it under control.

A second outbreak in four days, it follows the Nkrumah Circle GOIL Filling Station inferno that claimed over 200 lives.
