Former Deputy Minister for Communication, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, has been re-elected to lead the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) in the Abura Asebu-Kwamankese constituency to the 2024 elections as Parliamentary candidate.

He won the NDC primaries held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 by securing 830 votes while his contender, Professor Nana Ama Browne Klutse garnered 571 votes.

The smart young politician will have another chance at trying to wrestle the Abura Asebu-Kwamankese constituency seat from the governing New Patriotic Party as he failed to do so in the 2020 elections.
