The largest opposition party, National Democratic Congress(NDC) on Saturday May 13, 2023 elected a Presidential Candidate and Parliamentary candidates to lead the party to the 2024 elections.
The elections saw some sitting Members of Parliament being defeated, ending their stay in Parliament after the 2024 election.

11. Angela Oforiwa Alorwutey – Afadjato South
12. Peter Yaw Kwakye – Amenfi Central
13. Christian Otuteye – Sege
14. Kwakye Ackah – Amenfi
15. Kwabenya Woyome – South Tongu
