The police are expected to arraign before court today Wednesday produce the men suspected to have carried out the Monday dawn raid at the headquarters of the New Patriotic Party.
The move by the police comes after the complicity of these men has been established in that act.
A source at the Police Headquarters tells Kasapafmonline.com further investigations are underway to determine the circumstances that led to the raid and to also apprehend whoever was involved in that event.
The source adds that the police will also require the court to commit the suspects into custody to assist in further investigation.
The charges against the suspects are yet to be made public.
The police said on Monday they had arrested a number of men for their involvement in the raid which saw some offices of the party ransacked. None of the suspects has so far been named officially.
