The KMA Circuit Court presided over by His Lordship Abdul Razak Musah has granted bail to Manhyia South NDC organizer constituency organizer, Alhaji Mustapher Alhassan who allegedly threaten to kill NPP members if they dare cheat the NDC during 2024 election.
The alleged statement captured in a video conversion between the accused person and Bantama constituency youth organizer went viral after it was allegedly secretly recorded.
This compeled the police to invite the suspect for interrogation and subsequently granted bail.
The suspect has been charged with offensive conduct and a threat to human life.
The Police prosecutor prayed the court to remand the NDC organizer but the plea was rejected by the court after the lawyer for the accused person, Evan Amankwa made a strong case against it.
