Justice Paul Uuter Dery has fired back filing a counter suit, after his case against Tiger Eye PI Thursday February 4 was thrown out by a Supreme court ruling.
Dery in his original suit prayed the SC to declare processes by the Chief Justice to remove him and the 33 others, as null and void, which he had his case dismissed.
Mr Dery argues in his new writ that Tiger Eye PI has no locus to file that petition.
Dery and 33 other judges, have been under investigations by the Chief Justice in connection with a rot that hit Ghana’s judiciary last year.
The judges were captured on camera taking bribe to pervert justice.
