The Ministry of Communications is to assume oversight responsibility of the communications unit of Ghana’s presidency.

The change was announced Thursday by Communications Minister, Edward Omane Boamah, in a statement relieving the Acting Director of the Information Services Department, Francis Kwarteng Arthur of his post.

It is obvious the latest change at the FSH Communications Bureau is informed by revelations it oversaw the preparation of the Ghana @ 59 brochure, which has since been described as a ‘shoddy job’.

Until today, the unit was headed by Stan Dogbe.
