President John Dramani Mahama has today begun his official visit to Japan with a courtesy call on Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo.
President Mahama is also billed to hold talks today with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
Mahama was joined on the trip by First Lady Mrs. Lordina Dramani Mahama who has since addressed the Association of Wives of African Ambassadors in Tokyo at a Special Luncheon held in her honour.
