Nana Akufo-Addo will take his campaign tour to the Upper West Region beginning today, Friday, 2 September.
The flag bearer of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Thursday ended his campaign of the Northern Region where he assured Ghanaians he’ll fulfill all promises he has made to the electorate.
The NPP is hoping to win some seats in the region following its abysmal performance in the 2012 elections.
The Upper West Regional Secretary of the NPP, Hafiz Bin Salih disclosed that the Flagbearer will ineract with Chiefs, opinion leaders and supporters of the party in a bid to drum home the agenda of winning about six seats in the region.
“He’ll be in the Lambussie and from there he’ll move to Hamile which is also in the Lambussie constituency. And from there we’ll move to Nandom constituency, Nadowli and we’ll end in Wa,” he noted
Reports say the Wa township is awash with posters and paraphernalia of the NPP in anticipation of the visit of the three-time flagbearer of the NPP-Nana Akufo-Addo.
