Famous Ghanaian actor Kofi Adu known in showbiz as (Agya Koo) says Presidential candidate of the opposition New Patriotic Party, (NPP) Nana Addo has advised him and his followers not to engage in any form of filthy or indecent utterances in reaction to whatsoever external provocation confronted with during their campaign tour.
The Popular Kumawood actor who also doubles as musician indicated on Abusua Nkomo on Tuesday morning that though there have been several insults recently by some political leaders whenever they mount stage to seek for votes, his campaign team will exhibit professionalism during their campaign and preach messages that will convince Ghanaians to vote for Nana Addo in the December Polls.
Agya Koo explains he’s not at all disturbed in the face of such incessant threats received from some unknown persons since declaring his support for the New Patriotic Party and leader Nana Addo Dunkaw Akufo Addo.
”I have received a lot of threat after declaring my support for Nana Addo but I’m not worried about that at all because I know those people do not want change hence their deliberate attempt to stop me Agya Koo from helping Akufo Addo in his quest to transform Ghana when voted into office come December 7.”
He expressed worry about the way some people have decided to tarnish the image of some celebrities who decide to throw their support for the NPP Party adding that these same people turn to laud others who declare support for the ruling party NDC.
“This is really not fair when people decide to support President Mahama they are being praised but we those who are on the side of Nana Addo have become enemies why should this happen in our Ghanaian politics” he asked.
