Television programme, U-Tour was adjudged Best Tourism Attraction TV Show at the 2016 Brand Excellence Awards held at Christ the King School, Accra.
The event according to organizers, forms part of a programme designed by Premier Brands Ghana to identify top businesses that are doing everything possible to become resilient and reward them for showing great leadership in building valuable brand names.
U-TOUR is a thirty minute documentary television series on culture and tourism that aims to provide a medium for Ghanaians to have their stories told. It goes on further to explore the unknown areas that have exciting tourist attractions and interesting stories behind them.
The program is presented by renowned Broadcast Journalist and CEO of Fablinks Media, Frema Ashkar and Actor James Gardiner.
The duo bring their wits and charm to the fore as they present U-TOUR, making it exciting while inviting viewers to join them in exploring the beautiful tourist attractions in Ghana as well as learning more about the history of such places. U-tour airs on Metro TV every Sunday, 6:00pm.
