Samira Bawumia is the incoming Second lady of Ghana.
She is the daughter of Alhaji Ahmed Ramadan, the former National Chairman of the People’s National Convention (PNC) and Ahjia Ayesha Ramadan.
Samira is a product of Mfantsiman Girls, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and Ghana Institute of Public Administration (GIMPA) where she graduated with the top prize, the Professor Agyeman Badu Academic Scholarship Award in 2012.
She was once the host of ‘Body Love’ a lifestyle, fitness and nutrition programme on TV3.
Samira is the wife of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the next Vice President of Ghana, and has three children.
